Hello and Welcome to the GBBC,

For those who know me, you know I tend to get excited. And when I get excited, I tend to talk a lot about what I am excited about. Often times, this happens after I have had the opportunity to visit or show off one of our members’ business.

That’s the best part of my job as president of the GBBC: I get to brag about all of you. By the way, you make that very easy for me, because you are all very good at what you do. Oh, and if I know you, or your story, forget about it, I can’t stop myself from telling the world why they should buy from you instead of someone else.

You see the GBBC is about building your business. We are your Chamber of Commerce. I am often quoted as saying, “we can’t promote you if we don’t know you,” so come out and get to know the GBBC.

Have you logged on to and updated your information on the new web site? This is a great new resource that will help you get better connected with your business community. And this is just the beginning.

There is a lot on tap for 2004, and I am depending on you to make it the best year ever.
