Friends of the Governor's Commission on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth The Friends of the Governor's Commission on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth "The Friends" is a non-profit organization that seeks to continue the programs of the Governor's Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth.
