We will schedule dedicated training sessions for all applicable team members to make sure all stakeholders are familiar and comfortable with performing their organizational roles using Memberize. This training is done remotely and at your convenience and can include working directly with your content and member data to provide for an exact replica of an actual user experience.

Memberize offers free online training twice a week for all comers as well as unmatched technical support to help clients create a new account, but a common concern for organizations is transitioning to new leadership and administration as positions change hands or staff is turned over. Memberize can help these new stakeholders get up to speed quickly by setting up a schedule of client-specific training sessions for all staff or administrative members. These training sessions happen online with your own website and a conference call with your group or individuals and can be a very effective way of ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
